Hi, I’m Meible, a Psychology graduate from Monash University Malaysia. I’ve always been curious about people and why we think, feel, and act the way we do. I care a lot about making people feel heard and understood, which is one of the reasons I was drawn to psychology. I’m especially interested in mental health awareness and helping make psychology easier to understand in everyday life. I’m excited to start my internship at Little Haven and learn along the way.

嗨，大家好！我是 Meible，毕业于马来西亚蒙纳士大学（Monash University Malaysia）心理学系。

一直以来，我都对人与人之间的互动充满好奇，也喜欢了解每个人背后的故事。对我来说，每一种情绪、每一个行为，都有它存在的原因。而我也希望每个人都能拥有一个被倾听、被理解的空间，这也是我选择踏上心理学这条路的原因。我对心理健康的推广充满热忱，希望透过简单、贴近生活的分享，让更多人认识心理学，并帮助大家更理解自己，也更理解身边的人。

很开心能够加入 Little Haven，开启我的实习旅程。期待在这里不断学习与成长，累积更多实践经验，往后为更多人带来温暖与支持。
